Change Impact Analysis

Test Community Health

Submit, review, and track proposed changes. Each proposed change is analysed on its own through the Change Impact Analysis process.

How this process works

  1. 1. Intake. The requester completes one Change Impact Analysis for the change they are proposing, describing it and rating its impact across affected areas and stakeholder groups. A second proposed change means a second form.
  2. 2. Impact analysis. On submission the platform derives an impact score out of 100, the impact level, the recommended review route, and any compliance or implementation-readiness items requiring attention. These are calculated from the submitted answers using fixed rules — no artificial intelligence is involved.
  3. 3. Review. Reviewers examine the request, ask for revisions where needed, and record an approval decision.
  4. 4. Implementation. Approved changes move through scheduling and implementation, with the full history retained for reporting.

The recommended route is a recommendation

The review route shown on a submitted request reflects the impact level recorded in the analysis. It indicates who should review the change — it does not record that an approval has been given.
