Sample Health Network
Submit, review, and track proposed changes. Each proposed change is analysed on its own through the Change Impact Analysis process.
How this process works
- 1. Intake. The requester completes one Change Impact Analysis for the change they are proposing, describing it and rating its impact across affected areas and stakeholder groups. A second proposed change means a second form.
- 2. Impact analysis. On submission the platform derives an impact score out of 100, the impact level, the recommended review route, and any compliance or implementation-readiness items requiring attention. These are calculated from the submitted answers using fixed rules — no artificial intelligence is involved.
- 3. Review. Reviewers examine the request, ask for revisions where needed, and record an approval decision.
- 4. Implementation. Approved changes move through scheduling and implementation, with the full history retained for reporting.

The recommended route is a recommendation
The review route shown on a submitted request reflects the impact level recorded in the analysis. It indicates who should review the change — it does not record that an approval has been given.
